When will my order arrive?
Here at Skrubs, our customers satisfaction is our priority. Our team will ensure your order has been dispatched within 3 business days and sent either via regular or express post. You can expect your regular post packages to be delivered within 2-8 business days and your express post packages to be delivered within 2-3 business days.

What currencies can I use?
All orders will be charged in Australian Dollars.

When will I be charged?
Once you click place order and your order is confirmed with Skrubs, your nominated account will be debited in AUD. 

How do I use a discount code?
In the checkout section of the website, there will be the option to type in any available discount codes to your cart. Then you can click 'apply now' for the discount to be applied. Please ensure the coupon code was added successfully, as once you have placed your order we cannot add the discount later or refund you the price difference for the relevant coupon. 

I just purchased an item and now its on sale, can you refund me the pice difference?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a price difference to any items bought full price that are now on sale. 

How can I cancel/amend my order?
You can cancel/amend your order within 60 minutes of checking out by replying to your confirmation of order email. If you fail to do this within 60 minutes, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a cancellation or amendment. 

How can I use Afterpay to checkout?
On the checkout page, please choose Afterpay as the preferred payment method. You will then be sent to the Afterpay login page to complete your checkout. 

Buying a gift card
To buy a gift card, all you need to do is choose how much you'd like to spend and who you'd like to send it to. 

Using a gift card
When completing your checkout, you can enter your gift card details as the preferred payment method. The amount left on the gift card will be deducted from your order total. Any remaining costs will have to be paid for either via Eftpos or Afterpay.
